Pathways to Careers connects Virginians with disabilities to the education, training, work-based learning experiences and industry credentials they need to secure well-paid, high-demand jobs—including those in the high-growth industries that power our state's economy.

Through our partnerships with employers across the state, the Pathways team can help eligible candidates explore exciting careers in the science, technology, engineering, math and health care (STEM-H) industries.

We start with career exploration, including special opportunities to gain first-hand knowledge about jobs in a range of high-growth areas. Then, we'll connect you with training opportunities to obtain important industry credentials that will make you more marketable to many types of employers. Examples include NCCER CORE, OSHA 10 and fork-lift certifications; Certified Logistics Associate credentials; and more.
